Egypt Ship Made from Recycled Stuff

I made an Egyptian ship with water bottles for floats, pizza box for base, milk carton for the cabin, tin foil roll for the mast and a shiny balloon for the sail.  I drew some things on the base such as a jackal, stone blocks, a cat and scarab beetles.  These men are travelling down the Nile to Cairo to deliver goods for building the pyramids.

Egyptian army training course

The ancient Egyptians had to train because they had to defend their homeland and conquer enemies. They fought in chariots and they had bow & arrows. They used swords once they got out of the chariot.  They also used their hands and feet to kick and punch...opps that could be ninjas.

Ancient Egyptian Ankh

Historians believe that the Ankh was a symbol of life.

Egypt

The Egyptians had to do drills every day and practice so that if their enemy came they would be ready for an attack.  These are Playmobil Egyptians.
